A LITTLE HELP. A LOT MORE YOU.

Designed for one Mom.
Built for millions more.

Moms deserve AI too

You have a calendar. You have lists. What about the million other things you keep in your head?

MomTOC was built to give moms an AI assistant for the details around family life: the preparation, the decisions, the follow-ups, and the things still waiting to be done.

Explore MomTOC

Your plans, your people, your day—together in one place.

More here. Less in your head. That’s the idea.

A REAL FAMILY. A PRACTICAL IDEA.

The inspiration behind MomTOC

Before There Was MomTOC, There Was Amanda.

Amanda is a mom in Charleston, South Carolina, raising two teenagers in a neighborhood full of families much like hers.

School, sports, practices, tournaments, appointments, birthdays, and family activities. The responsibilities never seem to end, and the calendar fills up fast.

There's nothing unusual about Amanda's life. And that's exactly the point.

Like millions of moms, Amanda already has calendars, lists, reminders, emails, and a phone full of apps designed to help her stay organized.

But here's the problem.

Calendars tell us what's supposed to happen. Lists tell us what needs to get done. Neither handles all the little things in between.

The details. The follow-ups. The things that need to be remembered but never quite make it onto a list. Somehow, those always find a place in Mom's head.

And then life happens.

An unexpected trip to the vet. A sick child. A practice running late. Suddenly, the carefully planned day starts coming apart. And if it only happens once a day, consider yourself lucky.

On days like these, Mom doesn’t need a longer list. She needs a little help.

Someone there with her to help sort through what changed, figure out what matters now, rearrange priorities, and make sure unfinished details don’t get lost along the way.

Amanda’s husband had experienced similar disruptions in his business and found that AI helped him manage the small details that took more time than they should. He believed the same tools could support Amanda in her work managing family life. Together, they began exploring how AI could take some of those little things off her plate—leaving her more time for what mattered to her.

Together, they began shaping MomTOC: Technology to Organize and Coordinate the little things around family life.

SUPPORTIVE BY DESIGNCONNECTED TO YOUR DAYROOM FOR WHAT MATTERS

AI FOR THE MILLION LITTLE THINGS.

Put AI to work.
Give yourself a little room.

An email becomes a next step. A tournament becomes a plan. A change of plans becomes something you can work through with your AI assistant.

Product preview: descriptions include planned AI workflows and integrations. They do not mean that every feature is available today.

01

Capture & plan

Bring the scattered details into a plan you can review.

Turn calendar events into action items.

Let AI connect what is happening with what needs to happen first.

Read details

A calendar entry is the starting point. MomTOC is designed to use AI to suggest the preparation, deadlines, errands, and follow-ups around it—then turn the steps you approve into action items.

A lacrosse tournament can mean booking a hotel, collecting a new lacrosse stick, arranging a ride, and packing before departure. Keep unfinished steps visible when the schedule changes.

Talk it through with your AI assistant.

Say what is on your mind. Review a practical plan.

Read details

“Dentist at 10:00am. Practice at 6:00pm. Pick up the prescription.” Ask AI to organize the details, suggest priorities, and turn the next steps you approve into action items.

Let AI help when the day changes.

Rework the plan without losing unfinished details.

Read details

Ask AI to reassess priorities when practice runs late or a new appointment comes up. Review proposed changes before accepting them; unfinished responsibilities stay visible.

Teach your AI what needs attention.

Classify emails and events—and decide what should happen next.

Read details

Give your assistant preferences and feedback so it can help sort school, sports, household, and personal items; flag what matters; and suggest a response, reminder, action item, or no action. You review the decisions.

Google, Outlook, and iCloud connections are part of the integration plan. Calendar sync and email access depend on the provider and supported connection; full support across all three is not claimed here. Private email is not shared with other families automatically.

Bring in the school year at once.

Review important school dates together.

Read details

Upload a school calendar as a PDF, photo, or supported calendar file. Review extracted holidays, early dismissals, conferences, and events; choose what applies and approve additions to the app and your connected calendar.

Duplicate checks, uncertain-date flags, and per-event results help you review each import. File uploads capture the calendar you provide.

02

Prepare for events

Think beyond the date: travel, gear, arrangements, and open decisions.

Ask AI to plan the tournament weekend.

Turn a weekend away into a preparation plan.

Read details

Ask your assistant to help organize travel time, hotel nights, game schedules, meals, uniforms, snacks, forms, packing, and the lacrosse stick you need to collect. Review suggested responsibilities and keep open decisions connected to the event.

Let AI narrow the options.

Spend less time researching hotels, meals, and travel.

Read details

Give AI the venue, dates, budget, and family preferences to help compare options. Verify availability and prices with providers; suggestions are not confirmed bookings, and you approve purchases and reservations.

03

Share the load

Keep responsibilities visible and the family in control.

Share the work, not just the calendar.

Make responsibilities easier to share.

Read details

Invite another adult into a shared household and keep tasks, lists, and plans together. Keep track of who has been asked, who has accepted, and what is still unassigned.

Clear responsibilities help everyone contribute without one parent having to remember and repeat every detail.

Team-parent chat, with AI to help follow through.

Bring conversations, shared decisions, and next steps together.

Read details

The planned team-parent experience combines chat with AI-assisted coordination for game-day snacks, carpools, hotels, and tournament updates. Ask AI to summarize shared decisions and suggest tasks for the group to review.

Choose what to share and confirm responsibilities. Team chat and automated conversation-to-task workflows are planned capabilities; personal inbox content stays private.

Help shape your assistant.

Help shape what gets built next.

Read details

Share ideas, add comments, vote, and follow progress through the Suggestions board. Choose “Share with the community” or “Send privately” before submitting.

Built around real family routines, with roots in Charleston, South Carolina.

Helpful when you ask. You stay in control.

You approve the important actions.

Read details

Review suggested tasks and proposed changes. External messages, reservations, and purchases require your approval. See what succeeded and what still needs attention.

Ask for hotel and restaurant recommendations when you need them. Keep your preferences and decisions at the center of the experience.

04

Everyday life

Meals, shopping, and a shared home base for the day.

Ask AI what is for dinner.

Turn meal ideas into recipes, preparation, and shopping steps.

Read details

“Plan tacos for six.” Ask AI for meal ideas, adjust servings, check the pantry, and review the ingredients you need. Continue with your chosen retailer where recipe-to-cart handoff is supported; review quantities, substitutions, and checkout yourself.

Find nearby stores. Open your own cart.

Start with your ZIP code, then choose online ordering, pickup, or delivery.

Read details

The shopping experience is designed to surface participating nearby stores by ZIP code, with links to online shopping and fulfillment options. Open your retailer for routine orders, or use the recipe ingredient handoff where supported.

AI can help organize what you need around meals and errands. Store coverage, cart connections, stock, and delivery areas depend on the retailer; results are not a complete list of every local business.

A home base in the kitchen.

Keep the next step within reach.

Read details

Bring the dashboard to your phone, browser, or kitchen tablet for schedules, action items, locations, shared lists, dinner steps, and open decisions.

Keep the family’s next steps easy to see and easy to act on.

Family pictures, privately displayed.

Choose the family moments on display.

Read details

Use photo-frame mode to rotate adult-selected pictures while the dashboard remains open, with previous/next controls and a quick return to the plan.

Choose the family pictures you want to display and stay in control of what appears on your screen.

Ask AI to plan your errands.

Fit the stops around your day, not the other way around.

Read details

The planned errand assistant would use your stops, appointment times, pickup windows, and priorities to suggest an efficient route. Ask it to reconsider the order when practice runs late or another stop comes up.

Real-time traffic and route updates require a live mapping integration and are planned, not currently promised. Check current directions and store hours with your navigation or retail provider.

FROM A CALENDAR ENTRY TO A PLAN YOU CAN FOLLOW

“We have a tournament in two weeks.”

MomTOC helps you think beyond game time: two hotel nights, Saturday dinner, gear, rides, and a pickup on the way. Review the list, divide the work, and keep each loose end visible.

Hotel confirmed. Dinner still needs a decision. New lacrosse stick waiting for pickup.

That’s MomTOC: less mental load, more help with the work behind family life.

More than a calendar entry.

A planned workflow, using sample details. Nothing is booked or sent.

“The tournament starts at 6:00pm.”

The date is only the beginning. Add the venue, arrival time, and who’s going; flag details still to confirm.

  • Arrival time: confirm with the coach
  • Hotel nights: decision needed
  • Lacrosse stick: collect before departure

A LITTLE HELP YOU CAN USE TODAY

Make room in your head.

Start with a simple worksheet: capture the details, decide the next step, and share what needs doing.

Download the free Mental Load Reset Checklist ↓

A plain-text checklist you can save, print, or copy into your notes. No signup needed.

Three prompts to try with your own AI assistant
  • “Help me prepare for this event. Ask about the dates, travel, equipment, and responsibilities before suggesting a checklist.”
  • “Organize these notes into things to do, decisions to make, and details I still need to confirm.”
  • “Help us divide this preparation fairly. Ask who is available rather than assuming who should do it.”

Use only information you’re comfortable sharing. Review suggestions before acting.
